On September 23, 2005, it was inaugurated in Perugia by representatives of the Municipal Administration on Via Valentino Bucchi, in the S. Sisto Alto neighborhood, in the presence, among others, of the Maestro's son, Massimo, the director of the Morlacchi Conservatory of Music Giuliano Silveri, and Bucchi's direct students, current teachers at the Morlacchi, Fernando Grillo, Stefano Ragni and Fernando Sulpizi.
