Board of directors
The Board of Directors (BC) is the executive and decision-making body of an association, federation, professional body, or foundation, elected by the Assembly of Members or Affiliates.
Its main functions include day-to-day management, implementing decisions made by the Assembly, promoting initiatives to achieve the statutory goals, and providing legal representation of the organization.
